Satsuma is pleased to announce the launch of the spring 2017 edition of the Women in Leadership publication which is now available in digital format online, and free via the magazine’s website.

The Women in Leadership publication targets a global readership and provides inspirational thought-leadership, insightful commentary, support and advice for women who are at all stages of their leadership journey; women who are, or who aspire to be, the best in their chosen field.

Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu founder and Editor-in-Chief the Women in Leadership publication commented, “In a time where women’s rights are being thrown into compromise, Women in Leadership shines a light on all four corners of the world, and highlights the amazing campaigns that are changing the world, and the extraordinary women behind them.”

She adds, “Where other business and thought-leadership publications focus on men, and feature women as a bolt-on, the Women in Leadership publication takes almost the opposite view and puts the opinions and experiences of women leaders across the globe at the centre of everything we do.”

This issue features an exclusive interview with the United Nations Assistant Secretary General, Lakshmi Puri. Also featured are a number of other inspirational female leaders including Facebook Vice-President EMEA, Nicola Mendelsohn CBE, Barclays Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca McNeil and President of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Amanda Clack. Additionally, the inspiring article, “Portraits of invisible women leaders” takes us to a Syrian refugee camp in Lebanon.

The spring 2017 issue of the Women in Leadership publication has been designed and produced by Satsuma (Design & Publishing) on behalf of Women in Leadership and is one of a number of new titles and publications set to be released by Satsuma in 2017.

Satsuma MD Godwin Ohajah, who is the Editorial & Business Consultant on the magazine, said: “We have managed to achieve quite a lot in a relatively short space of time, but we have plans to develop the magazine further, which includes adding an even greater diversity to its already considerable and rich content. And we are especially looking forward to engaging with more female leaders from around the globe – readers as well as contributors.”

Ohajah concludes, “We are naturally excited about the next issue of Women in Leadership, but also about the new diversity publication we have planned for release later in the year.”
